MANUFACTURING

Built in one factory, from shell to oxygen system.

Hull forming, welding, assembly and pressure testing happen under one roof, so configuration questions are answered by the people who build the chamber.

Shell forming

Steel plate is rolled and fitted to the chamber diameter, then checked against the hull drawing before welding.

Welding and finish

Seams are welded, ground and treated. Door frames and viewing ports are aligned on the same jig.

Oxygen and pressure assembly

Valves, compressors and control modules are assembled and leak-checked as a complete system.
